1 Acceptance of Terms

By using HiCore Tech services, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must use the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3 Account Security & Authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

HiCore Tech employs enterprise-grade security protocols, including HTTP-Only secure cookies for authentication. These enterprise-level measures ensure that your session data is protected against Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) and unauthorized third-party access.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. HiCore Tech shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4 Use of Services

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Service without permission

5 Course Access and Usage

Access to courses is granted only to the registered user. Sharing login credentials or course materials with others is strictly prohibited.

HiCore Tech reserves the right to revoke access if misuse is detected.

6 Intellectual Property Rights

All content including videos, text, graphics, code, and materials are the property of HiCore Tech or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our content without prior written consent.

7 User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, post, or share on the platform.

You affirm that:

• You own or have necessary rights to your content
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content complies with applicable laws

HiCore Tech reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

8 Payments, Hicore Coins & Refund Policy

Course purchases are processed through our third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). You agree to pay all fees associated with the courses or services you purchase, including any applicable taxes. Payment method details are processed by the payment gateway and are not stored by HiCore Tech.

Hicore Coins (HC) are a platform credit issued by HiCore Tech that can be used to enroll in courses on the platform. HC has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold, or transferred.

You may request a refund within 30 days of enrollment, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course content. Refunds are issued exclusively as Hicore Coins (platform credits) equal to 100% of the amount paid — no cash or bank refunds are provided. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

When you enroll through a referral link where a referral code is used, the enrollment is classified as a referral enrollment for the purpose of tutor payouts.

All payments made are otherwise final unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.

9 Internships

Hicore Tech offers internships and training programs. By applying for or participating in an internship, you agree to provide accurate and complete information in your application.

Internships are educational and training opportunities. Participation in an internship does not create an employment relationship with HiCore Tech, and does not entitle you to any salary, wages, or other employment-related benefits, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.

Upon successful completion of an internship, HiCore Tech may issue a certificate of completion and/or an offer letter. Certificates can be verified by third parties using the unique verification ID provided. HiCore Tech does not guarantee that any internship will result in a job offer or placement.

HiCore Tech reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any internship program, and to withhold a certificate if the participation requirements are not met or the terms are violated.

10 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant HiCore Tech a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable license to use and implement such feedback without any obligation to compensate you.

11 Termination

HiCore Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12 Limitation of Liability

HiCore Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

13 Statute of Limitations

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of HiCore Tech services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arises, otherwise it shall be permanently barred.

14 Notices

HiCore Tech may provide notices to you via email, website updates, or other communication channels. You agree that such notices are legally valid.

15 Waiver and Severability

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision.

If any provision is found to be invalid by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16 Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from HiCore Tech. Any unauthorized assignment shall be void.

17 Survivability

All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to remain in effect even after termination of your use of the Service.

18 No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms are solely for the benefit of you and HiCore Tech. No third party shall have any rights under these Terms.

19 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by a sole arbitrator in accordance with applicable arbitration laws in India.

The arbitration proceedings shall remain confidential, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

20 Injunctive Relief

You agree that any violation of these Terms may cause irreparable harm to HiCore Tech, and we shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in addition to any other legal remedies.
