1 Our Intellectual Property

The HiCore Tech platform, including its design, software, text, graphics, logos, and the original course content we publish, is owned by or licensed to HiCore Tech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or post on the platform ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant HiCore Tech the license described in our Terms of Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

3 Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on the platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice (a "Takedown Notice") to us with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on our platform
• Your contact details (name, email address, and phone number)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner or the law
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf
• Your signature (electronic or physical)

4 Our Response

Upon receiving a valid Takedown Notice, we will review it promptly and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

If we remove material in response to a notice, we may notify the person who uploaded it so they can respond with a counter-notice, and may restore the material if the counter-notice is valid.

5 Repeated Infringement

Accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright, or who repeatedly file false or abusive notices, may be suspended or terminated.
