Instructor Terms

1 Instructor Account & Eligibility

You must have a valid HiCore Tech account, provide accurate personal and professional information, and meet all applicable eligibility requirements to teach on the platform.

HiCore Tech reserves the right to approve, decline, or remove an instructor account at our discretion.

2 KYC and Payout Account Requirements

To publish a paid course and receive payouts, you must complete HiCore Tech's onboarding ("KYC") process, which includes providing your bank account holder name, bank account number, and IFSC code. We use these details to create a Razorpay Route linked account so your share can be settled to your bank.

You must keep your bank and account details accurate and up to date. HiCore Tech is not responsible for payouts delayed or misdirected due to incorrect or outdated bank details you have provided.

HiCore Tech does not store or have access to your full bank transaction credentials; account and payout processing is handled by Razorpay.

3 Payments and Revenue Split

When a learner purchases one of your paid courses, your share is transferred to your Razorpay linked account. Transfers are processed for INR (Indian Rupee) courses only.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the revenue split for a course enrollment is:

• 30% of the course price to you for a standard enrollment.
• 90% of the course price to you for a referral enrollment, where a valid referral code belonging to you was used at the time of purchase.

Your share is transferred at the time of enrollment (capture) with no holding period. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges applicable to the amounts paid to you, and for complying with all applicable tax laws in India.

4 Refunds and Chargebacks

Learners may request refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy. When a refund is issued, it is always issued as Hicore Coins (platform credits) to the learner, and no money is returned to the learner.

Because refunds are platform credits rather than cash refunds, your Route transfer is not reversed when a refund is granted.

However, if an enrollment is determined to be fraudulent, in violation of these terms, or subject to a successful payment dispute or chargeback, HiCore Tech may reverse, withhold, or claw back the associated payout and take action against your account.

5 Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the course content and materials you create and publish on the platform ("Your Content").

By publishing Your Content, you grant HiCore Tech a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, reproduce, distribute, display, and promote Your Content in connection with operating and improving the platform, and to allow learners to access and use it in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

You agree that this license continues to apply even after you stop publishing or leave the platform, to the extent reasonably necessary to service learners who have already enrolled.

6 Content Standards and Prohibited Content

You agree that Your Content will:

• Be accurate and not misleading
• Not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party
• Not contain unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material
• Comply with all applicable laws and with our Acceptable Use Policy

HiCore Tech may remove, refuse to publish, or deactivate any course or content that violates these standards, at our discretion.

7 Relationship with Learners

You are responsible for communicating directly with learners about your course content and teaching services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or outcomes of the teaching you provide.

Any disputes between you and a learner should be resolved directly, with reasonable assistance from HiCore Tech where needed.

8 Independent Contractor

Your relationship with HiCore Tech is that of an independent contractor. You are not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or partner of HiCore Tech.

Nothing in these Instructor Terms creates an employment relationship, and you are not entitled to employee benefits, minimum wage protection, or any other employment-related rights.

You are solely responsible for filing and paying any taxes applicable to the income you earn as an instructor.

9 Termination

HiCore Tech may suspend or terminate your instructor account or remove your content at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Instructor Terms or any applicable policy.

On termination, your right to publish content and receive future payouts ceases, subject to any amounts already earned and due to you in accordance with these terms.

10 Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Instructor Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform as an instructor after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Instructor Terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms and Conditions.

Any capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms and Conditions.
