Event Terms & Conditions

1 Registration & Tickets

Registration for an event requires you to provide accurate contact details. Where an event has a registration fee, your place is confirmed only once payment is successfully received.

Tickets are issued for use by the named registrant only and may not be resold or transferred without our prior consent.

2 Code of Conduct

All participants must behave in a respectful and professional manner. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event who violates this policy, without a refund.

3 Recording & Consent

Events may be recorded for internal, quality, or promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being recorded and to HiCore Tech using such recordings in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you do not wish to be recorded, please contact an organiser before the event or manage your presence during any live session.

4 Cancellation & Refunds

If you are no longer able to attend, please let us know as early as possible. Cancellation and refund terms for paid events will be stated on the event page at the time of registration.

We may cancel or reschedule an event at our discretion. If we cancel an event for which you have paid a registration fee, we will offer either a full refund or a transfer to the rescheduled event.

We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other expenses you incur in connection with a cancelled or rescheduled event.

5 Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiCore Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your attendance at an event.

These Event Terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms and Conditions.
