• Harass, threaten, bully, or defame any person
• Post or share content that is obscene, hateful, or discriminatory
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, networks, or other users' accounts
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Upload infringing, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Share your login credentials or course access with others
• Engage in academic dishonesty, including the unauthorised use of your account to complete another person's assessments
• Use another person's payment method without authorisation, or engage in fraudulent referral activity
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the platform or its content

2 Instructor Responsibilities

In addition to the above, instructors must not upload content that is inaccurate, infringing, low-quality, or otherwise contrary to our Instructor Terms.

Instructors must not engage in practices that artificially inflate enrollments, ratings, or referral payouts.

3 Enforcement

If we determine that you have violated this policy, we may take any of the following actions, alone or in combination:

• Issue a warning
• Suspend your access to the platform
• Terminate your account
• Remove your content
• Withhold or reverse any payouts related to fraudulent activity
• Report you to the relevant authorities

The severity of the action depends on the nature and impact of the violation.
